The UNM ECSC Project Development department serves to oversee and manage projects for training, organizational needs, statewide and national collaboration efforts, in addition to providing mentorship and support to EC facilitators and consultants. 

Project Development serves to oversee and manage projects related to training, organizational needs, and statewide and national collaboration. Leads and mentors' other trainers and consultants towards desired outcomes

Our Project Development Department's list of ongoing work includes:

• Design of online and face-to-face learning events, including resources and materials
• Support and training for statewide Early Childhood facilitators
• Reflective practice for continuous quality improvement
• Development of strategies aimed at improving educational, individual, and organizational performance
