Project Development Team

The UNM ECSC Project Development Team serves to oversee and manage projects related to training, organizational needs, and statewide and national collaboration. Team members lead and mentor other trainers and consultants towards desired outcomes. 

Our Project Development Team's list of ongoing work includes:

• Designing online and face-to-face learning events
• Supporting training for statewide early care facilitators
• Creating resources, materials, policies, and procedures used by ECSC
• Team supervision and consultation
• Development of strategies aimed at improving educational, individual, and organizational performance
