Project Development Team

The UNM ECSC Project Development department manages projects for training, organizational needs, and statewide and national collaboration efforts, in addition to providing mentorship and support to EC facilitators and consultants.

Our Project Development Department's list of ongoing work includes:

• Design of online and face-to-face learning events, including resources and materials
• Support and training for statewide Early Childhood facilitators
• Reflective practice for continuous quality improvement
• Development of strategies aimed at improving educational, individual, and organizational performance
